On 15th January 2010 Halifax Estate Agencies was sold to LSL Property Services plc, who operates the estate agency chains Reeds Rains, Your Move and Intercounty.

Halifax no longer offers an estate agency or lettings service.

If you were already buying or selling a house with a Halifax Estate Agents branch we are pleased to tell you that the Home Moving Teams in most of the branches will remain, which will ensure that the sale, or purchase, of your property will continue seamlessly.

Letting services will also continue.

All Halifax Estate Agents customers will have received a letter telling them about the changes and how they are affected.

Customers are asked to refer to this letter for the contact details of who is looking after their continuing relationship.
